*Easy* Zuchinni Casserole
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 30 to 50 minutes
Oven: 350 degrees

2 or 3 small zuchinni (or 1 big one)
1 can of soup (cream of mushroom is good)
1 can full of milk (use the soup can)
1 box of bread cubes (any flavour)

optional: add some frozen vegetables

Slice zuchinni thinly and place in casserole dish.  
Don't overfill the dish or it will "bubble over".  
Add soup, milk, bread cubes and other vegetables.  
Stir lightly.
Place in oven covered with piece of tin foil.  
Cook 30 to 50 minutes stirring every 15 to 20 minutes.  
Ready ?? Depends on how much zuchinni is in dish and how hungry you are.
